site.bta Continue the Change MEPs Accepted as Full Members of Renew Europe

The Continue the Change (CC) MEPs have been accepted as full members of the Renew Europe parliamentary group, the political force announced on its Facebook page on Wednesday. The CC thus joins the same liberal family as [Netherlands Prime Minister] Mark Rutte, [French President] Emmanuel Macron and [Estonian Prime Minister] Kaya Kajas, the post said.

"Hristo Petrov and I are becoming part of this respected European family," said Nicola Minchev, quoted by the party. The Bulgarian CC MEPs have given their support to the choice of the President of the parliamentary group - Valerie Hayer.

"Nikola Minchev and Hristo Petrov become members of Renew Europe as independent MEPs, in the same way the MEPs of [the party of the] French President Emmanuel Macron are members of the political family," the post states.
