There Is Such a People (TISP) Floor Leader Toshko Yordanov argued in a Bulgarian National Radio interview on Sunday that is best to have an expert government to solve specific problems, while its better to go to elections than have another political government.
He explained that a political government is when a group of parties form a government to govern, not to solve problems, such as the previous "assemblage" government of GERB and Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria.
Yordanov defined any claims that TISP will support a government by GERB and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms.
A programme can be drawn up by sector with a clear identification of problems and stated solutions, and then the best person to manage this process could be identified, he said.
"Changes to the Election Code are necessary, but I don't know if they can be made now," the MP added, noting that fully moving to electronic voting will reduce suspicions of vote manipulation to almost zero.
