site.btaNATO Secretary General Stoltenberg Expected in Bulgaria in Late May

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is expected to visit Bulgaria in late May for a session of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, caretaker Bulgarian Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov told Nova Television on Wednesday evening.

Sofia will host the Spring Session of the Parliamentary Assembly between May 24 and 27.

This will be the third such event to take place in Bulgaria, after May 2002 and May 2011.

Zapryanov expects a Ukrainian parliamentary delegation to attend the session in Sofia. "Aid for Ukraine by all means will figure on the agenda," the Defence Minister added.
