site.btaCaretaker Government Approves Additional Funding for Budgets of Nine Ministries

The caretaker Government approved Friday additional funding in the budgets of nine ministries to address pay disparities, including salary increases for staff in the respective systems.

The approved additional funding for Justice Ministry totals BGN 10,795,208.

The additional funding for Economy Ministry amounts to BGN 5,087,948.

The approved additional expenditure under the budget of the e-Governance Ministry amounts to BGN 1,590,683. 

A total of BGN 6,771,093 has been approved as additional expenditure in the budget of the Environment Ministry.

Additional expenditure of BGN 23,989,041 was approved for the budget of the Labour Ministry. 

The Sports Ministry’s budget received additional funding of BGN 607,830.

Additional expenditure amounting to BGN 717,750 was approved for the budget of the Culture Ministry. 

Additional expenditure amounting to BGN 23,747,994 was approved under the budget of the Agriculture Ministry, as well as BGN 4,985,657 under the budget of the State Fund Agriculture. 

Additional funding amounting to BGN 4,945,224 was approved under the budget of the Foreign Ministry.

The funds shall be provided on account of foreseen expenditure under the State Budget 2024 for implementation of policies under the State Budget Act.
