site.btaGovernment Allocates BGN 5 Mln to Organizations of Disabled Persons

The Government Wednesday approved the purpose of the subsidies to the nationally representative organizations of and for people with disabilities for the budget year 2024. According to the 2024 State Budget Act, the total amount of the subsidy is BGN 5,099,400.  The funds granted by the State may not be used for economic or investment activities.

The funds will be distributed among 21 nationally representative organizations of and for people with disabilities. The amount of the subsidy for each of them is individual and is in line with their proposals for funding activities that contribute to improving the lifestyle and social inclusion of people with disabilities.
