At the start of an extraordinary Council of Ministers meeting on Friday, Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov said that he feels calm, because the draft state budget for 2024 is very well prepared and balanced. "After its discussion in the National Assembly, perhaps with minimal corrections, it will be adopted on time and will come into effect on January 1, 2024." he said.
