Defence Minister Todor Tagarev Friday met with German Ambassador to Bulgaria Irene Plank, the Defence Ministry said in a press release. They discussed various topics related to security in the Black Sea region and the participation in the European Sky Shield Initiative.

The sides also discussed opportunities for cooperation in the field of cyber security and cyber defence through information exchange on current risks and threats, as well as for holding joint exercises and trainings.
