Three new MPs were sworn in at the start of Wednesday's parliamentary sitting. Vera Alexandrova took the seat of Valeri Sirakov (Vazrazhdane), Manol Manolov of Kalin Kalapankov (BSP for Bulgaria), and Valentin Radev of Evgeniya Aleksieva (GERB-UDF).
Evgeniya Aleksieva and Kalin Kalapankov tendered their resignations last week, after getting elected as mayors in the October 29 local elections. Valeri Sirakov left the National Assembly to join the Vidin Municipal Council.
