Veselina Mincheva Takes Office as Deputy Innovation Minister

Veselina Mincheva has been appointed Deputy Innovation Minister by order of Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov, the Council of Ministers’ press centre said on Tuesday.

Mincheva holds a master's degree in law and a master's degree in pedagogical sciences from Sofia University.

She has been a lawyer for more than 25 years. Mincheva specializes in commercial, civil, property, contract and administrative law. She has significant experience in the field of public procurement, European funding and implementation of European projects, recruitment, management and protection of investments, patient advocacy, management of healthcare institutions, etc.

She is a lecturer at the Sofia Professional High School Knyaginya Evdokia in a judicial administration specialized class.

She was a member and Executive Director of the Board of Directors of the National Palace of Culture - Congress Centre EAD in the period 2013-2014.
