THE COAST: Considerable cloud, with isolated showers. It will get clear in the afternoon. Highs: 17C-19C. Seawater temperature: 22C-23C. 

THE MOUNTAINS: Considerable cloud, dry. Cloud will clear in the afternoon. Wind will subside, but it will pick up in the evening. Highs: around 14C at 1,2000 m, around 7C at 2,000 m.
