The Mountain Rescue Services told BTA that the weather conditions in mountains will be good on Tuesday morning but will deteriorate in the afternoon. Tourists are advised against hiking at high altitudes.
There is for in the highest parts of the Balkan mountain range. Hurricane winds are blowing in the area of Mount Botev.
According to the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology there will be significant clouds and short-term precipitation in the mountains, with moderate east-northeasterly wind, southerly at the highest parts. Highs: 22C at 1,200 m, 15C at 2,000 m.
