The undermanning in the Bulgarian army is about 20%, Defence Minister Todor Tagarev told reporters here on Monday after a diploma-awarding ceremony at the Rakovski National Defence College. According to the Minister, it is difficult to talk about increasing the number of the army considering this level of undermanning.
