Over 320,000 households from vulnerable groups will receive BGN 148.35 one-off heating allowance under the REACT-EU mechanism, after the Council of Ministers Wednesday adopted the seventh amendment to the 2014-2020 Operational Programme Human Resources Development. The amendment provides BGN 47.5 million, which will be used to finance the Supporting Affordable Energy measure.
