A month and a half after the parliamentary elections, there is no elected government has been elected while the local elections are getting closer - they are included in the calculations for holding "two-in-one" elections together with another parliamentary ones, the Institute for Public Environment Development (IPED) said in an analysis published on their website on Thursday.
