The Council of Ministers adopted a report on the implementation of the 2023 Action Plan with the measures arising from Bulgaria's EU membership, as of March 31, 2023, the Council of Ministers reported on Wednesday. Out of a total of 108 measures with an implementation deadline of March 31, 39 have been implemented, bringing the implementation rate to 36.1%.
