A second Bulgarian pilot has completed the F-16 training course, the Defence Ministry said on its website on Friday. Captain Todor Todorov successfully passed the basic course and graduated at a U.S. National Guard Base in Tucson, Arizona. His colleague Captain Alexander Velinov graduated in 2022.
