The bill also envisages a significant change for individuals with a status of certified recipients regarding declaring and paying excise duties on excise goods released for consumption on the territory of another EU member state. According to the provisions, the excise duty will be declared and paid monthly instead of upon receipt of the excise goods, which is the case now.
