Speaking at a meeting with the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) here on Saturday, caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev said that the early parliamentary elections in Bulgaria are organized according to the highest international standards, expressing his belief that the Sunday elections will be fair, transparent and democratic. Donev also expressed hope that there will be high voter turnout on election day, the Council of Ministers reported.
