site.btaBurgas Cup Tournament Features Night-time Show Jumping

The eleventh edition of the traditional show-jumping competition for the Bourgas Cup will be held in the Lake Park in the seaside city of Bourgas in August 6 through to 13. This is the only outdoor equestrian event in Bulgaria that has night-time show-jumping. It is also the tournament with the longest duration - eight days, which is longer than national tournaments, Balkan competitions and FEI World Cup events which normally last no more than a couple of days. More than 80 riders and 130 horses from across the country have been signed up to take part in this year's edition of the event, the organizers said. The traditional tournament is organized by the Bourgas City Hall, the Bulgarian Equestrian Federation, and the Bourgas-based Khan Kroum equestrian centre.
