Bulgaria's Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev has asked the Constitutional Court to declare unconstitutional provisions of an Act to Amend and Supplement the Judicial System Act, passed on April 14, 2022, under which the specialized jurisdictions in Bulgaria are to be closed down, the prosecution service said in a press release on Wednesday.
