The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska will participate in the Leaders’ Meeting of the Brdo-Brijuni Process in Durres, Albania, where she is on an official visit, the President’s Office of North Macedonia reported on Monday.
This year’s summit will focus on European integration, the EU Growth Plan for the Western Balkans, youth policy and brain drain, as well as regional cooperation and security.
The main objective of the Brdo-Brijuni Process is the integration of all countries in the region into the European Union, as well as stabilizing the situation in the Western Balkans through strengthened regional cooperation.
The Brdo-Brijuni Process is a joint initiative of the Presidents of Slovenia and Croatia with the participating countries’ leaders meeting at least once annually.
