site.btaMRF Leader Karadayi Congratulates Turkish President on Third Term

Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) leader Mustafa Karadayi congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his third term, the party's press office said on Saturday. Karadayi is in Ankara for the President's inauguration ceremony.

Bulgaria and Turkiye have fully demonstrated their friendly attitude towards each other even in the worst crises. Erdogan is not only a good neighbour, he is also a good friend to Bulgaria, Karadayi said.

"We shall work to ensure that bilateral relations continue to develop at an accelerated pace and in the interest of both countries' citizens and of the entire region's prosperity," the MRF Chairman added.

Before the inauguration ceremony, Karadayi held bilateral talks with ministers and politicians from several countries, the MRF's press office said. 

Representatives of 78 countries, including more than 20 heads of State, were invited to the inauguration. Bulgarian President Rumen Radev attended the formal event.
