The next stage of the process of constitutional changes in North Macedonia is to form an expert working group, coordinated by the Justice Ministry, which will prepare the changes, after which there will be a broad public debate and then the changes will go to the country's parliament for discussion, North Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski told a press conference Thursday.
