site.btaCabinet Approves National Service for Protection Expenditure for 2024

The caretaker government approved funds in the amount of BGN 5,384,660 for the budget of the National Service for Protection for 2024, earmarked for the provision of upcoming payments under contracts concluded for the implementation of the investment programme for national projects, as well as for the implementation of capital expenditures supporting the administrative activities of the Service.

The necessary funds are provided from the capital expenditure of the State budget for 2024.

The proposed approach allows for projects that are ready for immediate implementation to receive the necessary funds from the central budget in a timely manner. The aim is to achieve better planning and spending of capital expenditure, as well as greater efficiency and transparency in the implementation of investment programmes.
