site.btaParliament to Discuss Amendments to Investment Promotion Act

The National Assembly is scheduled to discuss on first reading a bill amending and supplementing the Investment Promotion Act, submitted by the Council of Ministers.

The motives behind the bill point out that the amendments introduce measures implementing a European regulation declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market. According to the Council of Ministers, the bill has been fine-tuned in response to an opinion received from the InvestBulgaria Agency.
