The Democracy, Rights and Freedoms (DRF) coalition filed an appeal with the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) against the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) to refuse the coalition's registration for participation in the parliamentary elections on October 27, 2024, SAC said here on Wednesday.

The case is set for a public court session on September 12 at 11:00 a.m.

Earlier on Wednesday SAC instructed CEC to register the Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning coalition for participation in the snap parliamentary elections on October 27.
