Assoc. Prof. Rosen Karadimov has served as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Bulgarian Development Bank. Majored in commercial law at the Max Planck Institute in Hamburg. Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

MP in the VII Grand National Assembly, participated in the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria in 1991. Sofia Bar Association member since 1995. MP in the 36th National Assembly. Deputy Chair of the Sofia Municipal Council between 1999 and 2003.

Served as Minister of innovation and Growth in the first Glavchev caretaker Cabinet.
