site.btaUPDATED Minister Pavlova to Take Part in Informal Meeting of EU Justice Ministers in Budapest

Caretaker Justice Minister Maria Pavlova will take part in an informal meeting of EU justice and home affairs ministers in Budapest. This is the first informal meeting within the Hungarian EU Council Presidency, the Bulgarian Justice Ministry said in a press release Monday.

On July 23, the EU justice and home affairs ministers will discuss the increase of the Union's legal competitiveness, the future of judicial cooperation in the field of freedom, security and justice, and the role of AI in justice.

Deputy Interior Minister Stoyan Temelakiev will take part in the informal meeting, his Ministry said in a press release. He will take the place of Interior Minister Stoyanov, who heads the task force set up to fight the wildfires across Bulgaria.
