Caretaker Prime Minister Kalin Stoyanov is attending a ministerial conference of the countries of the Sazlburg Forum in Vienna, the Interior Ministry said on Tuesday.

The conference is held within the framework of the Austrian Chairmanship of the Salzburg Forum.

The interior ministers will discuss the main priorities of the European Union in the area of security and migration and the challenges facing the countries from the Danubian region, including in the context of digitalization.

The Interior Ministry said that within the working sessions delegates will look at innovative decisions and common strategies for fighting human trafficking.

The Salzburg Forum is an informal Central European security partnership initiated by the Austrian Federal Interior Ministry in 2001. Currently it consists of nine member states: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
