There Is Such a People (TISP) party leader Slavi Trifonov has submitted an application to give up his seat in the 50th National Assembly.

The Central Election Commission (CEC) issued a decision to remove Trifonov from the party's electoral lists in the June 9 parliamentary elections. 

The CEC also received and approved similar applications from Bedros Levon Pehlivanyan (GERB-UDF), Nikolay  Kolev (Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF)), Emin Besoolu (MRF), Nikolay Yurukov (MRF).

The CEC also approved applications to give a up seat in parliament in favour of a seat in the European Parliament by the CEC by Hristo Petrov (Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria), Ivaylo Valchev (TISP, Kristian Vigenin (BSP for Bulgaria), Stanislav Stoyanov (Vazrazhdane) party. The CEC has approved them as EP members.
