Rosen Zhelyazkov will give up his seat to the European Parliament, GERB said. He topped the GERB-UDF list for the European elections. Zhelyazkov will serve as MP in the Bulgarian parliament. He topped the party's list in the region of Blagoevgrad.
Zhelyazkov has submitted an application to the Central Election Commission to yield his MEP seat.
