An interactive exhibition featuring drawings by children from the Gaza Strip was presented during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. "Bulletproof Dreams" was prepared by journalist Abdullah Aytekin, who gathered more than 200 artworks by children in Gaza. Exhibited on an area of over 1,000 sq m are also debris from Gaza buildings, broken furniture, children's toys, bicycles, broken video cameras and cameras of journalists staying in the Strip.
The exhibition aims to have the international community better informed about the traumas, pain, and harsh conditions in which the children in the Gaza Strip live. The drawings on display depict mostly military action, weapons, military aircraft, wounded and dead people, and ambulances.
The drawings were seen by a huge number of participants in the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, including Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his wife.
Back in January, the interactive exhibition was displayed on Taksim Square in Istanbul.
