Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov and Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal paid homage to Ukraine's defenders who died in the war, the Council of Ministers said on Facebook on Monday.
The Prime Minister laid a wreath at the Wall of Remembrance of the Fallen for Ukraine in Kyiv.
An air raid alert sounded during the memorial ceremony, but it went on uninterrupted.
