The Bulgarian Agrarian Chamber (BAC), uniting 13 associations of farmers who Tuesday launched effective protests across the country, accepted Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov's invitation for a meeting on Wednesday , February 7, the chamber said in a press release. For the industry, a quick solution to farmers' problems is of paramount importance and this must be done in the context of dialogue and joint efforts.

Earlier on Tuesday, at a briefing at the Council of Ministers, Denkov invited representatives of the sector to a meeting on Wednesday at 6 pm to discuss the points of a new memorandum that the cabinet proposes to sign.
