Interior Ministry's Secretary General Zhivko Kotsev held a working meeting with the Attache for Infernal Affairs of the Spanish Embassy in Sofia, Juan Pablo Iglesias Bellido, the Bulgarian Interior Ministry reported here in a Monday press release. Kotsev congratulated his Spanish colleagues on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Spanish National Police and wished them professional success.

Kotsev and Juan Pablo Iglesias Bellido shared their desire to work together to strengthen professional exchanges in the training of police officers, sharing experiences in the fight against road traumatism and effective countering of illegal migration and terrorism.

The Attache for Infernal Affairs of the Spanish Embassy pointed out that further impetus is needed to implement the priorities of the established interaction, which will strengthen the trust established between the two countries.
