Black Sea coast: Mostly sunny, with scattered clouds. Wind up to moderate, southwesterly, changing to west-northwesterly and picking in afternoon. Highs: 15-18 C. Seawater temperature: 10-11 C in North, 15-16 C in South.

Mountains: Clouds thickening, with scattered light rainshowers (snowshowers above 2,200 m). Snow-line will be descending during day. Wind strong and stormy, northwesterly. Highs: around 13 C at 1,200 m, around 6 C at 2,000 m.
