Bulgarian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Kiril Mihaylov attended the departure of the Bulgarian naval research vessel Sv. Sv. Kiril i Metodii (RSV 421), which set sail for the Bulgarian Antarctic Base on Livingston Island from Varna Port on Wednesday. A solemn ceremony was held to mark the start of the vessel's second voyage to Antarctica.
