The Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad (EABA) and the Save Ukraine Foundation organized a campaign to donate new clothes for children from Bulgarian communities in Odesa on October 28 and 29, EABA said on its website on Thursday. The event was dedicated to the Bessarabian Bulgarians Day.

The initiative is an expression of solidarity and support for those in need. Thanks to it, many children were able to get the necessary clothes for the winter, the Agency said.

The event was attended by EABA Director Rayna Mandzhukova and the Director of Save Ukraine, Yehor Sadovenko, who both expressed gratitude for the donations.

Such initiatives are important steps in the development of society and the preservation of cultural heritage, EABA said. The Agency is driven to hold similar events in the future for children in need in Ukraine.
