site.bta4,787 PCR Tests Confirm 99 New COVID-19 Cases, Bringing Bulgaria's Total to 15,751

Sofia, August 27 (BTA) - The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases
in Bulgaria reached 16,164 on Sunday after 99 new infections
were confirmed over the last 24 hours, out of 4,787 PCR tests,
according to data posted on www.coronavirus.bg.

The active cases are 4,306. The hospitalized patients number
723, including 61 in intensive care.

Twenty-two COVID-19 patients have recovered over the last 24
hours, bringing the total to 11,253.

Two new fatalities were reported, bringing the total death toll
