site.btaSeventy-six New Cases of COVID-19 in Bulgaria

Sofia, September 1 (BTA) - There are 76 newly confirmed COVID-19
 cases in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours, out of 4,330 tests,
according to the information site coronavirus.bg.

The number of infected people in Bulgaria reached 16,266, and
4,154 of these cases are active.

With 170 recoveries since yesterday, their number reached
11,483. A total of 727 people are hospitalized, and 65 of them
are in intensive care.

The death toll rose by 16 since yesterday, reaching 629.

A total of 890 medical staff have tested positive since the
start of the pandemic.
