site.bta169 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed In 24 Hours

September 27 (BTA) - A total of 169 COVID-19 cases were
confirmed in the 24 hours until Saturday midnight through 2,710
PCR tests, bringing Bulgaria's total to 19,997 cases, according
to data posted on www.coronavirus.bg on Sunday. The active cases
 are 5,048.

Currently, the hospitalized patients number 791, including 36 in
 intensive care.

Recoveries in the last 24 hours numbered 28.

No new fatalities were reported, and the current death toll
stands at 789.

Coronavirus infections among medical staff  have reached 1,117.
