site.bta276 New COVID-9 Cases Confirmed in 24 Hours

September 30 (BTA) - A total of 276 COVID-19 cases were
confirmed in the 24 hours until Wednesday through 4,736 PCR
tests, bringing Bulgaria's total to 20,547 cases, according to
data posted on www.coronavirus.bg on Wednesday. The active cases
 are 5,245.

Some 814 patients have been hospitalized with 44 in intensive
care.

Sofia recorded the majority of new infections (52), followed by
Blagoevgrad region (49) and Plovdiv region (29).

Coronavirus infections among medical staff have reached 1,143.

In the past 24 hours there were 150 recoveries, with six
