site.btaPresident's Secretary General Tests Positive for COVID-19, Head of State to Self-Isolate
Sofia, October 29 (BTA) - The President's Secretary General,
Dimitar Stoyanov, tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday, the
presidential press secretariat reported. Head of State Rumen
Radev and the employees Stoyanov has been in contact with will
self-isolate and work from home in accordance with the
instructions of Sofia's Regional Health Inspectorate.
Stoyanov has been on leave since October 26, and his last
contact with employees of the President's administration was on
October 23.
All measures have been taken to ensure the normal functioning of
the President's administration, the press release reads.
