October 31 (BTA) - A total of 2,891 coronavirus
infections were confirmed in the 24 hours until Friday midnight
through 12,634 PCR tests, bringing Bulgaria's total to 51,041
cases, out of 714,700 PCR tests performed since the start of the
 epidemic, according to data posted on www.coronavirus.bg on
Saturday. The test positivity rate stands at 22.88 per cent.

The active cases are 29,910. Currently, the hospitalized
patients number 2,447, including 165 in intensive care.

Recoveries in the last 24 hours number 182, bringing the total
to 19,877.

Twenty-nine more fatalities were reported, bringing the total
death toll to 1,254. RY/ZH
