site.btaEditors of Bilingual Magazines from Serbia and Bulgaria to Visit National Library in Sofia

The editors of the bilingual magazines Farche (Serbia) and Nobettepe (Bulgaria) - Elizabeta Georgiev and Aziz Shakir-Tash, will participate in a discussion at the St St Cyril and Methodius National Library. The event will take place on July 4, the organisers said.

It is part of the programme of the National Library’s Pismena Club.

What the magazines have in common is that they present literature of minority communities from both countries, the organisers said. During the discussion at the National Library, the two editors will talk about the difficulties and specifics of their work and the characteristics of their audiences. Possibilities for the future of the publications are also expected to be a topic of discussion.
