Prison and detention officers' unions failed to reach an agreement at a meeting with the Justice Ministry leadership on Thursday. During the two-hour talks, the Ministry representatives explained to the unions that there was no possibility of a wage increase, and that the 12-hour shifts of the prison workers would not be changed.
