Romanian President Klaus Iohannis will be paying an official visit to Bulgaria on Wednesday, March 15, at the invitation of President Rumen Radev, the presidential administrations in Bucharest and Sofia said Tuesday. The two presidents are to sign a joint declaration on promoting relations between Bulgaria and Romania to the level of strategic partnership.
