President Rumen Radev signed a decree dismissing Meglena Plugchieva-Alexandrova from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Bulgaria to Montenegro, the State Gazette reported on Tuesday. The decree implementation was assigned to caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikolay Milkov.
