The mountain resort town of Bansko, Southwestern Bulgaria, has been granted the Council of Europe's European Label of Governance Excellence (EloGE) award. The award was given at a special ceremony during a local forum on good governance in Bulgaria, the Bansko Town Hall said in a press release Friday.
