site.btaVAT Act Amended on First Reading
The National Assembly Thursday adopted on first reading draft amendments to the Value Added Tax Act concerning payment service providers, tabled by the Council of Ministers. The revisions transpose in the national legislation the requirements of EU directives as regards introducing certain requirements for payment service providers.
